Rant about Nothing!

Okay, So apparently my rant about last weekend was about nothing as I think Paul and I have found our home. We went and looked at a place last night and Paul was the one that fell in love with it. I had a really good look around and have come to the decision that I really do love it as well. We did the pro's and con's list and the only con that was on the list is that it only has 1 bathroom. We have lived with only 1 toilet since marriage and can continue to do so. It is also brand new (1 owner and 1 year old), 2 bedrooms and a den that could be a bedroom, stainless appliances, alarm, 2 parking spots, end unit, 3 levels, maple hardwood floors and carpet upstiars and more. Please pray for us that we get the house at the price that we want it for...We have already talked about if they won't meet our price we are willing to walk away from it as we know what we can afford and we are not going to be stupid about it
